Bad service n food not 100 percent

On sunday 19th June 2016 about 12.40pm we went for lunch at your store at Ponsonby Road Ponsonby, My son ordered his meal and the operator gave him the wrong change. In addition it took about 10minutes just to exchange the five dollars we incorrectly received with three dollars we should've received. We ordered 4 snack boxes and we received two of our meals with nibbles, not a chicken piece; we ordered bbq sauce, but instead received a burger with bbq sauce in it. We got stale buns -which was hard; the chicken was dry, chips were cold and also tasted like it was reheated. Furthermore, we told the operator to upgrade one of the meals, which I believe would mean that both drink and chips would be upsized. But, instead, we only got the large drink and regular chips. On top of that, we waited nearly half an hour for a simple order. More gruesome, outside your shop, there was a leaking port-a-loo which gave off a urine smell, which isn't pleasing to see outside a food serving store. This is a Health and Safety hazard. Also food should be served not only fresh but also hot because it is winter time. In my opinion, I thought the way this shop is training there new staff should be relooked, as the person training the trainee seemed to not know what they were doing themselves, which was evident when they kept disappearing when it was clear the trainee was struggling with what they were doing.

Therefore, it would be great if this was dealt with!
