NO notification on change of event date

We bought tickets to the "Sue Nicholson - Answers from the Other Side" show for Saturday 10 June 2017, 7.00-9.30pm. Apparently the event at Southward Car Museum were double booked and the person at Southwards said it was now being held on Sunday 11th June at the same time. I had not received any notification of any changes and it was only by chance I decided to look at what restaurants were available their to make it a complete evening when a pop up notice said the event was not for tonight. I was flawed by this as I had no idea the event had changed dates. There weren't even a phone calls, txt or email to inform me of this change. Eventfinda has no where I could see to lay a complaint or email someone and there terms and conditions leaves them with no responsibilities at all or at least very little.
