Hi, I am really disappointment with Rodney Wayne customer service at birkenhead, I have asked them to give me blond highlights which cost me $150 for it with no good result.
All shows on my hair orange with tiny bet highlights not as i wanted and i needed and cost me 150.
Called back to let them know they said they can fix it if i only pay them extra for product, seem this is just rip off.
I asked for my money back they said the cost of toner and service is charged and no money back?
Called Consumer Help line i have the right to get my money back or get it re-fixed which non happen and they didn't call me back for second option after i went to see them with one of my friend.
I needed this to be done before sunday party which i had to bleach my hair to show the color.
So please look into this matter because i felt i got ripped of and miss treated by the owner and the lady done my hair.
IF you cant help me i will get hold of consumer help line for escalation of this
