Poor After sales Service

After our stone bench top was installed we noticed a flaw in the granite. We have rung on several occasions, and said that they would turn up on a certain date, usually a friday.But they never turn up. The last we heard from them is they will be here in the new year. Never heard back. Also since that has happened we have a wine stain that will not come out.Since we did not have any instructions how to clean and look after our top we are very disappointed, to the fact that we just want to rip the thing out and get a new one.NOT FROM GRANITE HEAVEN.
