Just plain rude
I have been a regular at Just Cuts Queensgate and Johnsonville every 3-4 weeks for 6 years. I went in to Just Cuts Queesgate at 1pm. The manager, Aroha, (she manages both stores) took my mobile number and told me it would be a 10 minute wait and to take a seat.
After 30 mins, after complaining, I was told "sorry for the wait, some of our staff went on a break. They will be ready for you in another 5 minutes or so."
I told them I didn't want to wait. I couldn't speak to Aroha, because she was "on a break".
I called the shop at about 3pm and asked to speak to Aroha. I was told "she's busy". I said that if they wanted to see me set foot in one of their shops again she should call me back. Of course they never did, so they can take their business and shove it.
