Hello last night on the sunday 31st of January at precisely 8:50pm my partner and i went to the KFC at 511 dominion road, mt roskill, drive through, waited 20minutes and when it was time to place an order we were told the eftpos terminals were down so we parked up walked to the ATM got cash and came back went inside the building to order only to be told they can't place our order as they closing in 25 minutes, yet he was able to serve the customer after us(which I also have a photo of while walking out the door) While my partner was waiting to order I noticed that the tables and floor were littered with rubbish, so I took photos of it and walked up the stairs to see if there was any tables were free to eat on to find that every single table had rubbish on it the floor was covered in rubbish and not one clean table in sight. I have some photos on my Facebook timeline, and some extras on my phone. I am not very happy with the person who served us and can't believe how filthy the place looked. I sure didn't want to go in the lavatory to see what that was like. We wasted a whole hour waiting to be served and hopefully get is dinner. In the end we had to go with MacDonald's. Hygiene is a must in KFC restaurants. I will never go back to that KFC. Customer service is poor and grumpy. And where's the cleaner? Ew.
