I have copied all my messages from me to your store in pakuranga and find this person who was emailing with me rude and something needs to be sorted with this lady. Take a read KFC
Hi KFC, I emailed you a few weeks ago with a complaint I had. I have not heard from any one at all regarding my complaint and I think this is very bad customer service. I went to the pakuranga branch 5 weeks ago and was waiting in a que to get served for over 1 hour. your poor staff were running around trying their best to serve some very disgruntled customers and I felt really sorry for them. I think this wait time for a meal to feed my family of over 1 hour is outrages. I arrived at 6pm to get dinner for my family and I was not even served until after 7pm. I will definitely think again about going to KFC again as i know this is a problem that happens at all stores. Might have to go to elsewhere in the future. I see at the bottom of this page there is a box to tick 'please respond to my feedback' no one did with my first email lets hope this one gets to you I look forward to your reply.

Thanks for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvienence. We had emailed you about your last complaint regarding that matter. We also see that you have complained several times. Due to the long wait that evening we are sorry for that as well, we try our best to serve customers as fast as we can even with the little amount of staff on.
Once again we are sorry for this hopefully for future your experience with us will be a better one.

Thanks for your response. Like I said I have not received anything from my complaint 5 weeks ago, which is why I sent another email. There is no reason for past complaints to be raised, regardless of other complaints this is a separate issue and should be responded to.

I will not be going to another KFC again that's for sure.
