complaint: was exhausted after shifting houses so came to get a meal for my family, Sneha took my order and i asked her that i dnt want any wings in my order since last time when i went there, in a 6 piece meal i had received 3 wings out of the 6 pieces, so she said its fine. her customer service was great!
When she advised Luci to do that, she pointed at me and the menu and said can you not see what the policy states and started talking me with attitude, i asked her is this how she talks with clients with no respect. She started arguing with me and said no she will put wings in there. I said to her i am no mood of arguing with her since i was exhausted x mng shifting houses. Later after she packed one of my orders she slammed it on the counter and then i told her i paid money for it and dont need that sort of attitude. I advised her also that i am going to make a complaint about this and she started laughing and making remarks with other staff and thats when i called the manager Satpal, I also checked the chicken, it was chicken that was looking not fresh and 2 of them were not in a good shape, ripped. So the manager replaced it and after that i left the shop. Was gutted and belittled as to how kfc staff treat the customers, v appauling.
