Poor food quality

I have made numerous trips to this KFC location on my way home and usually go there around the same time on the days that I do. I can say that 9 out of 10 times I am always given the most poor quality fries I've ever received from any KFC store within Auckland. I know this because I too have worked within a KFC store and know exactly what fries look like and how they taste once they have been kept longer than 10 mins which I last remember as being the product hold time. On my previous visits, I did not make a fuss about this experience thinking nothing of it but it is unfortunate for this to have occured more often than it should as I have come to take notice of it leading me to this complaint. I have noticed that I normally go there during out of peak times and therefore assume that products are held longer than they should be as the low standard of quality applies across the whole meal, whether it be wicked wings or a chicken burger, being served bland and at room temperature. This experience will not stop me from going to this particular store, but if after this complaint the food quality does not reflect KFC standards, then it will definitely put me off from going there ever again and would have to settle for McDonalds instead.
