Kia ora - my name is Lance Loughlin. I previously used to work for Burger Fuel in Napier,
but awhile ago moved to Auckland and have remained a frequent customer of Burger Fuel. I ordered a meal, online using the new (I'm not actually sure if it's "new, " but it is to me) ordering feature, to pick up in Mount Roskill. The order's creation was efficient and very close to the wait anticipated.
What disappointed me was - (although I don't think I should have to open up my takeaway bag to 'check' everything I ordered is as it should be....) when I got back to my work to enjoy my Burger Fuel meal - I shit you not, the portion of spud fries I received was pathetic. It's been over a week since
I actually received this order however it bothered me so much, and that's why I'm writing now.
Photos are supplied with this complaint, and the level of fries inside its holder is the legitimate amount that existed in my takeaway bag when I got back to my work. It seems like something so basic and simple....but even gourmet burger outlets like Burger Fuel can obviously miss the mark.
