Brought tea tonight from my local KFC. As I approached the counter where a young lady(Abbey P) was serving she eyeballed and raised her eyebrows at me refuse to smile or speak, so I placed my order and told her about her lack of customer skills and her response was 'I smiled' while forcing a smile at the sametime. I spoke to the Manager at the time and said there's nothing he could do. Now I'm sure he could have pulled her aside to discuss her lack of customer service skills.....but he really wasn't interested.
This is really unfortunate as my local KFC have in the past had wonderful staff, be assured I will not be buying food from kfc kaikorai Valley in Dunedin again and a staff member at a hospital in Dunedin I will be passing my experience on to my work colleagues and friends.
