Complaint / review / scam report
On Thursday 1 Feb 18 we purchased butter chicken with garlic nan bread from Shamiana food mall New Lynn. I believe myself and my granddaughter suffered food poisoning. This caused tight stomach pains, continuously vomiting and diarrhoea. I spoke to the Manager on Saturday and found him rude and always interrupting our conversation. I must say we did receive a full refund however I lost a days wages for sick and spent the weekend with my granddaughter recovering. I would like to suggest that the Manager attends a customer services course on how to treat customers. When a manager advised you no one else has complained. We don't care we just know want to let you know what happened to us. The company needs to review their process for customer complaints and handle these a better way. I must admit I have never felt this way in a very longtime and would not wish this on anyone let a lone a child.
