They didn't even try to hide it - Doubledot Media has discriminatory hiring practices. In the USA photos of candidates and videos are not allowed as they are unethical and lead to discrimination based on physicality. When asked to send a video "cover letter", an unheard of practice for most seasoned US professionals, candidate said "Sorry, don't have one. Its a bit iffy here anyway so here's a standard cover letter." Candidate was rejected in a matter of hours solely based on not supplying material that could be used to discriminate based on race, gender, physical appearance or disability.
