Absolutely appaled with your service and the way your staff go about dealing with us as customers.
We signed up for a two weekly collection in November, making our first pick up due early dec. We didnt have a pick up by 15th dec, so we rang up. We got told that it was a mistake and that collection would be on the 22nd (more than a month after our agreed contract).
In repsonse to our frustration we were told 'sorry, nothing we can do'.
It is now the 10th of jan, and we still havent had our second collection. upon ringing again, we were told it was because of the holidays. When we mentioned the last person told us it was a mistake, the lady asked ' did she do anything about it? ' when we said no she replied 'well she didnt have to say sorry then'.
I have never spoken to anyone in the customer service industry who has been as rude and ill mannered as your company.
The next step will be going to the consumer rights if this isnt resolved.
