Intimadating driving instructor

I was on full license practical test at VTNZ Rangiora and this lady was my instructor..on arrival she looks so intimadating and not welcoming..but i managed to ignore it..it was my first full practical exam so i was a bit nervous but it added more about how this Rahera handled me..she looks the front of my speedometer as if i overexceded on the road speed limit..she did it for couple of times and to the point that she has to put her face in front of it..so unfortunately i failed the exam..the act she did is really annoying and intimadating..hopefully it would not happen to other hopefuls examiners.
