Misappropriation of fare
We used Green Cabs on the 16th March 2017 from Wellington Airport to Thorndon, there was confusion over the correct address, however when we paid and asked for change the driver refused to give us our change, we were shocked but insisted, he finally gave change however we had mistakenly given him $20 too much which he did not give back, we have dealt with the Green Cabs office in Wellington since that day and have been run around over and over, been waiting for the GM Toni to call now for last 3 plus weeks, she has been in meetings, off sick, on holidays and today another meeting but told she will ring in 20 mins, that was over 20 mins ago, we are disgusted in how they treat customers, they are dishonest and avoid all responsibility, will happily edit this if she ever calls and if we ever get our money back
