My name is jaswinder Singh and I am trying to contact claim branch but no one pick the ph for more than 1 hour and put on hold . I don't understand how can I wait for more than 1 hour just to know the update status of my claim .its really ridiculous and it shows that bank doesn't care for customers claim . Wen u need any insurance at that time they will call u 100 times but now wen I want to know the status of my claim I m f...... Waiting for more than 1 hour on hold .i recommend don't go with asb insurance. Can someone help me in this plz my email id is. jaswindersingh33@yahoo.com
