Wrong Flight Time
(I would like this matter to be adressed urgently as i am flying on Thursday the 17th of may. I have experienced a high level of incompetence from a customer care representitive who handled my problem with Jetsatrs poli payment service poorly, after a 34 minute conversation that caused me stress with no remedy from the representitive of Jetstar I proceeded to make another call to speak to a different person to have my situation rectified. I was happy with the outcome after speaking to a team manager, however upon checking my flight intineraryI have come across yet another mistake made by Jetstar that the incorrect time was booked. I have a business meeting at 2.30pm on the 17th of May in Christchurch which as you can see from my above booking number i am not arriving until 2.40pm. Before the manager proceeded with my payment he did not confirm my flight time with me, I would like the phone recording of this booking to be listened to that will confirm with you, no flight time was mentioned before completing the booking. I need my flight time changed to the earlier flight departing Auckland at 12.25pm as I feel that this booking was made incorrectly by Jetstar managment i should not have to pay a change of flight fee. I look forward to hearing back from you, as soon as possible regarding this incident. Thank you.) This is the letter attached to the complaints proceedure form on Jetstars web page, I called jetstar today to be told this would be looked at within 5-7 working days not the 48 hours that i was previously told. Completely unhappy with Jetstars lack in professionilism!!
