Refund refused for faulty product
I bought a pair of genuine leather shoes, and by simply kneeling on carpet at work the paint started peeling from the toe. I took them back with the receipt and was refused a refund or replacement, and was told they had to ship them away as they might repair them. I stated that they are clearly faulty and I don't want them on that basis. I was redited again, and the manager tried to send me away with no receipt or boots, and didn't even ask for my name, just my number. She told me to contact head office if I didn't like it, but didn't give me information how to do so, and I had to request her name, and when I should expect contact. This was Lisa of the lower hutt branch.
