Great customer service but its you're fault any way
I brought a pair of leather boots gorgeous! It's been a year and a half since I purchased them. They have fantastic customer service some of the best I have seen wow . I found in the first 6 months of owning my boots that a defect began to appear but was very busy with study and had lots happing in my life at the time very stressful part of my life at that time. I decided to take them in to the store about 3 or 4 weeks ago to see if they could get them repaired I would have payed for the repair as it has been so long. There was a bubbling in the leather on the side and the tip of the boot on one boot. I tried to fix them my self at one stage yes I agree I shouldn't have tried to do that. I put oil on them to try and stain them. Yes they have been great and even offered to pay for the repair wow that is fantastic and they were very helpful. I have one huge problem with this as so far it doesn't look like a complaint. Yes they are trying to fix this problem but unfortunately they are un-doing their great customer service by taking every chance and opportunity they can to say it's your fault this happened we will help you but it's you're fault to what happened to the boots. If they are going to help then help don't help and say it's you're fault with every opportunity they get. It's like saying sorry but on the other hand saying well it's you're fault, They may as well not have apologized they may as well not have tried to help they just un-done you're effort to help.
