Rude and unreasonable
I brought a pair of jeggings for my daughter on the 27th of April 2017 as they were not the colour she wanted I therefore attempted to return them on the 04/05/17 and swap them for another pair. Firstly the lady who served me was grumpy about another staff member and was mumbling under her breath. I had the receipt in the original postie plus bag with the urban jeans co tag not attached as it was in the bottom of the bag. This person said that it was not in original condition as the tag was not attached, I then found the tag in the bottom of the bag and she pointed out that the wash tag was not there. I said that I could give her the wash tag that was on the pair I was swapping them for and she said no because it was a different colour. To my knowledge the black wash tag is exactly the same on all the jeggings and there is also a tag on the inside of the jeggings with washing instructions. I found this person rude and unreasonable, in fact there was no reasoning with this person, instead she threw the jeggings on the counter and said that they weren't in original condition and that I cannot return them. (please note that this item is not faulty, they are still in brand new condition and never been worn). I asked to speak to her manager and she said that she was the manager. I asked what the complaint process was and she told me to contact Postie plus in Auckland. I would like to find a resolve to this. I have my receipt, I am returning the goods within 14 days of purchase and the item is in excellent condition therefore I cannot understand why I was unable to return them. I'd like to add that this person was very unprofessional, moaning about another staff member in front of me and then being totally unreasonable when I tried to question her.
