Laptop repair

I fixed my Toshiba laptop at this shop
he cracked screen cover and missing screws at bottom also 2 screw fell on floor and my grandson put in mouth lucky my wife saw it .
when i went to pick and checked it was cracked and told him he said its cosmetic but i said i gave you un damaged and dont expert like this so he said go away i will keep laptop so i had to pay and get my laptop as i had my docents on it and he also said feel like pinching my face if i dont pay

can any one help me please
