Faulty PC Monitor

I recently bought Dell 27" PC monitor from you and it is faulty - it keeps flicking on and off. I had a tech look at it and he tried different cables etc but no luck. Another screen worked perfectly so it is the monitor that is faulty. I would like to send it back and get my money back please...thank-you very much
