We are building with Keith Hay hamilton. We're told the house would take 3-4months is the only reason we built with them. As soon as deposit was paid we couldn't get a finish date or any questions answered. Over 3 months later and a millikn emails they finally started our house. 7 months later it is not finished and failed consent. We have been living in a cabin on our section we 3 young kids with no power and waste water they refuse to take any responsibility we contacted the sale manager and David Hay who told us they are in a building boom and our building material took nearly 3 months to arrive! This is after our house should be built.
They also said we could have the same house faster if we paid another $28'000! Terrible service will tell you what they think you want to hear even while you are signing the contract then stop contact and blame each other.
