Both my daughter and I have had our orders wrong not once but 3times.
The first time would have been about 2 weeks ago when we ordered our meal got home an found we were missing some of our meal we ordered wasn't in our bag when we went to open it. Phoned them up and had to go back with our docket to prove our order. Very inconvenient, by the time we got back the rest of our meal was cold.
Second time was Saturday 23rd April again opened up our packets to find we were missing some of our order, again we had to go back to get what we were missing. Again not a happy customer.
3rd time was today 24th April when once again what we ordered we never got. Wasn't till we got home opened our bags and noticed we never got all, of what we ordered. I am really over this happening because by the time we get home everything else is cold and not nice. This is so annoying and inconvenient, why should we have to keep ringing them up and going back to get our order corrected not good.
I am not at All happy and if I have to let others know I will.
