KFC - Head Office
This evening we went to Hamilton East kfc for dinner via drive through. After waiting 50minutes inline to get to the front ordering window, I was able to place my order. The staff apologised and said they were down 4 staff and having to cover. They offered us free chips which I declined as I preferred the complaint process. After receiving my order I pulled out of kfc and decided better check my order. Turns out no coleslaw and an extra potato and gravy instead. I then had to pull back in get out and go inside and have it replaced with the coleslaw I ordered. once I was finally home 1 hour and 10minutes later, I serve the potato and gravy only to find the tub was mainly gravy and only enough potato to give a spoonful to 2 people???? Is this what you call good service??? Might want to hire more staff if you want to keep running because whilst inline waiting I observed more than 10 cars reversing out and leaving, and I imagine your current staff there may not last much longer if you treat them like that.
