Tonight we went to Royal oak KFC and was disgusted in the service we got when we found a piece hair that was in the coleslaw.
The management tried to say that it's not KFC problem as KFC is the ones that make the coleslaw, didn't even get an apology..all we got was offered another coleslaw..how is that ok? We find hair in our food and thats all we get???
When we asked for the managers name so that we could make a formal compliant as we weren't happy with the way they handled the situation they refused to give us their names.
I felt that this situation was not dealt in a professional manner.
