KFC - mangere
Hi there I'm really pissed off (sorry for my language) but I jus purchased some KFC from the mangere branch at around 8.30pm to 9pm. I purchased a wicked meal from there and I could smell burnt oil, I asked if the chicken tasted burnt and they said no! I told them if it tasted burnt that I would bring it back but they insisted that it was not burnt, you could literally smell the burnt oil but I took there word for it I e just recently returned home and have eaten it and it is terrible!!! All chicken taste burnt, the original pieces and the wicked wing pieces. Also my gravy looked gross it had lumpy gravy and some form of powder looking stuff in the potato and gravy I'm guessing it hasn't been mixed well! I also asked for 3 thigh pieces which I normally get all the time but I usually buy from the airport kfc as there chicken is never burnt. This is one of the reasons I stopped going to mangere KFC because there chicken always taste burnt its really rare for me to get nice chicken from there but I had to go there today as I had my newborn with me and I couldn't travel to the airport with him. And also every time I try to tell the mangere branch they've ruined my order it always seems to be my fault in there eyes and my order never gets sorted this is in the past I try not to complain but when its happening to me nearly every order I get from them if jus annoys me I'm quite a regular customer purchasing at least twice a week from the airport branch and maybe once in a blue moon from mangere branch, but it really frustrates me that they can't change there oil and still say there chicken isn't burnt when you can clearly smell the oil!!!
