Stupid machine

I recently used the machine at the OGG building down at Auckland University. Firstly, I tried to get water and it said something like product unavailable so then I tried the other water code and it was the same. So then I paid for some Pepsi and it fell to the bottom of the machine and as a result I didn't get it or my money back. Technically it stile from me
