Bad chicken dry and old

We bought kentucky fried chicken from the Wanganui branch in Victoria Ave last night, the chicken was so dried out and old tasting(as though it had been reheated from the day before) that we threw it away. given that we live a few kms away from the shop, and did not open it until we got home we did not bother to go back to the shop, as it would have been another mission to do so. we have bought the meal for two product a few times before and have really liked it, but last nibghts effort was disgusting and a huge waste of money.
