Hey there, i am kfc customer since last 4 years i been here in nz. I visit oamaru kfc at least 3 times a week and always order my favourite combo which is snack lunch with supercharge sauce and thigh piece request along with fresh patty in burger. I always mention that i dont mind to wait.
Today at about 8:20pm i visited kfc oamaru and ordered the same, firstly i got burger with a wrong patty in it, secondly i found a hair in my burger for which i tried to attach a photo, thirdly i was given drumstick. Its such a poor service. I have worked in mcdonalds so i know what we call a good customer service. I basically dont care about anything else other than getting what i am paying for, requesting for.
I have eaten at kfc's in Auckland and they always provided me what I requested for as long as I don't mind to wait for fresh.
All i want is manager should look after these concerns and i beleive manager was making burgers on the line.
I myself am working in food industry from more than 4 years and have knowledge about food. Please make sure this complaint is handled fairly so that i can receive better service next time.
Laura was the staff to take my order and a girl working upfront handed my food and she(girl in glasses) wasn't at all friendly while answering my enquiry about getting wrong piece of chicken.
I hate to complain but it spoiled my visit being a regular customer getting such a worst service is not acceptable. The photo upload failed as it said image too large.
