Te Awamutu kfc
Waste of time and parts of order missing

Hi, at 8.30 pm i went to Te Awamutu kfc and ordered a deluxe quarter pack in the drive thru, was 4th car back from box, took 15 mins to get to the order box and a further 5 to get to the window 20 mins total! (not exaggerated), i asked if it was all there and he said yea should be...i stopped outside to check and was to find i was missing the moro and coleslaw! very disappointed and this is the 3rd time in a row this store has wasted my time and let me down, will not be going back to this store!..what can be done about this?
