Poor Customer Service
I order and paid for a pizza over the phone, and was told that it would take 35-40 mins for arrival. It ended up arriving 1 hour after order was place, I was then asked to pay for the pizza when I knew it was prepaid for. They went on to call their manager to make sure which was fine, but I do not appreciate them speaking in another language at my doorstep unaware what they are saying. Once that situation was clarified to then eat a cold pizza due to how long I had to wait. Disappointing service all round and will not be ordering from Pizza Hut New Plymouth again.
