Hi, I've just opened up the kfc I ordered and to no surprise, there are items missing from my order.
It is not the first time but it's happened enough that I had to write a complaint online (9 times in the past 12 months). How hard is it to count chicken? Or to count pots of gravy? If the staff can't get an order right then they may as well give up on life, cause I seriously can't imagine how a franchise this big can make so many screw ups. I don't want to hear that "it was a busy time" because if it is a busy time then do what most other jobs do, HIRE MORE STAFF! KFC used to have better service back in the 90's, at least if they made a mistake they'd make up for it, but these days it's a pretty much useless "sorry".
