Food is not fresh, at its best, not very

We purchased the XL Bucket on the 29/8/2017 at 9:20pm from the Papatoetoe KFC branch. My family and I are not happy whatsoever due to the Food we have been served through drive thru. The potatoe and gravy was lovely. What we did not like was: the chicken was dry (every single piece), the fries (look old), specially the coleslaw it tasted very foul, sour and off. We are not happy and would like our money back!
