Very disappointed with the service.
Bought a Sofa from Big Save Lower Hutt last Sunday 26th Nov 2017. Given stock limitations at the time we discussed delivery options with the Sales person and decided to ensure delivery we would arrange for delivery for Saturday 2nd December. So expecting delivery we ensured we were home all day!!!
Having not heard anything by 3pm Saturday, we decided to call Big Save and were advised that our Sofa was not being delivered as it was not planned for!!! When then asked that they arrange for a delivery first thing Monday morning but have been advised that they cannot guarantee a time so we should just wait around again so its convenient for Big Save...so much for customer service where you have inconvenienced a customer by not delivering when you said you would and then not committing to a time to get the issue resolved which is convenient to your customer.
