Mount Wellington Family health centre
Bad customer service and health services

We have been enrolled with MT Wellington family health centre for 4 + years. Their customer service is extremely bad. The receptionist Dinah is very rude and obnoxious. She has no phone manner or customer service skills. Today 18/04/2017 my husband went there and was given an inhaler for our toddler. The nurse was on her way to lunch and looked very put out by the fact that she had to demonstarte how to use the inhaler. In the end my husband just walked out as she was real unhelpful. Terrible services.
