So after one years of using telnet, we finally had enough of this bullshit, on average atleast once or twice internet disconnects throughout the entire day and they pretend nothing ever happened, when we phoned them they would tell us their monitor servuce said we're offline. (Their customer service would act as if its natural for that to happen and often ignore our complaint untill we phone them the 2nd or 3rd time)Magically after the phone call the internet would cone back up again, coincidence? Finally we're on their last month of contract, that is when the nightmare starts. Every night, the company would cut off our internet on purpose (literally after 8pm our internet just goes offline, its 100% not the weather/natural disaster problem as the modem indicates there is connection, normally when its due to wire connection problem the internet light whould be off, but its on yet we're unable to connect)
Sometimes I wonder how can such one company pull such dirty move on their customer when we're paying for their service (payment was always on time)
I strongly suggest anyone who wants to use telnet think twice again before signing the contract with them, literally the worse company ever.
I am writing this with my 3g atm, cos guess what? The internet is cut off again
