Account Terminated

Account was terminated for apparent violation, when all I did was answer a survey as usual, like I always have in the past 20 odd years and tried to cashout with a new Paypal account I created and followed Smilecity guidelines as to how to do this, suddenly account terminated, I think it is definitely a technical error as I have never dont anything out of the norm besides update account and add Paypal, a total waste of time and inconvenience.
