Changed prize arrangment

Hi
I wish to forward a complaint about Leanne Charles of 3 Salignus Pl Narellan Vale 2567 who is a nutrimetics consultant. I won a raffle at a promotional night at the cinemas a $200 nutrimetics hamper and then the raffle prize changed to a $70 runners up prize. Both included free facials for myself and friends.
