Toilet paper in disability toilet

Hi there. Yesterday I took my 92year old mother in law to a disability toilet in your shopping complex. She could not manage the pull roll toilet paper dispenser but I COULD NOT EITHER. I wonder if you SHOULD CHANGE THE DISTRIBUTOR. because the paper is so thin it just shreds as you try to unwind it. I have had a similar problem with those big rolls in other toilets so other places must have the same problem. I think you need to be aware of this as it is just terrible. Please look into the matter. It caused quite a lot of stress and I am sure lots of messes for your cleaners to clean up. You shuld be able to wipe with toilet paper.
