Children on Bicycles

I am an elderly resident of Papakura and more and more often in the main street of Papakura we have young teenage males riding their pushbikes on the footpaths doing wheelies and riding on the back wheel with the front wheel in the air. There can be 10-20 of these young people, who congregate in front of the library, in Averill Street and Roselands. They almost knock us down as they show no consideration for pedestrians. Its a public safety issue, is there something that you can do about it?
