I took a digital photograph from warehouse stationary new lynn for immigration purpose, but the photo was not acceptable by immigration website. I got back to the store and explain the problem to the staff named Myles. He did not answer me clearly and i request him to sort out the problem but he forced me to click the photo again and pay money again, he charged me $15 in the morning but why would i charge again if the photo did not meet the immigration NZ requirements. I was not satisfy with his customer service. I asked him to edit the photo but he did not agree and i pay more money for same photograph to an other shop. I do not like his behaviour, i think he could try again or reply politely to me.
