On Friday March the 23rd I visited your Lunn Ave branch for x-rays of my shoulder, I was asked to remove my gold necklace .
The following Monday I visited the branch concerned that my necklace wasn't handed back to me, the lady behind the counter took my details . Later that day she rang me to confirm the necklace was found but misplaced again. I visited the branch later in the day to only be told that they had lost the necklace and I should claim it as a insurance claim??
This is very poor service - the necklace cost me $299 as a birthday present which is less than my insurance excess of $350, Im upset that this was the response from the branch, to expect a customer to pay for a personal item that was clearly lost my the staff isn't acceptable
