Bad quality products

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 at Consumersave and received the product a week later. The quality of the phone was really bad and after week I couldn't even use the phone anymore. I contacted Jason and he said to send the phone back. After almost 3 months I finally received a new phone after having to contact him several times as he was keeping me completely in the dark. Jason didn't want to give me a refund and I technically had no phone for 3 months. When the new phone arrived similar problems kept popping up. So, I have received two different phones from Consumersave and both of them were SHIT. I don't know where Jason get his products from but it are definitely not 'top of the line products'. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CONSUMERSAVE IF YOU PREFER QUALITY.
