VERY poor customer service and wait time!

I would like to lodge a complaint about the service received at the Lynfield KFC store today (31/05/2016) at 11.05am. We had seen the coupons online at the KFC website and also those which are sent out as well which are the same. Anyway, we were at the drive through and showed the "Hot Bucket" deal with the code PLU149W which states 6 pieces hot and spicy, 12 wicked wings, 2 large chips and a 1.5L drink for $27.90.
Firstly, when we mentioned this to the cashier they seemed lost by the idea and said no such deal existed but tried to sell us something else in place for the deal we wanted. He then got his manager (Amit Dabhi) to deal with us resulting in the same conclusion if not worse treatment!
Secondly, the manager (Amit Dabhi) was rude and stated he can't do anything because it wasn't his fault and he has to wait for a call from head office which he made no active move to doing. He then told us to leave or wait because other customers were waiting in line. That is NO way to deal with customers!!
Thirdly, we waited and saw he was not calling anyone and literally couldn't care less about how he treated people (us and people after us), when he said we would call head office and resolve the coupon error. Instead we had to call them up and got Carla from customer service to help us out with the error and this was all over 4 wings, which the manager could easily have given to solve an issue which didn't need to be as big as it became. Carla spoke to the manager stating to uphold the deal we received and he then came out to us as we got off the phone saying with a different tune that it was fine to put through!! I mean this was just slack!! We as customers shouldn't have to be chasing up the errors of the KFC company, it isn't our fault there was an error in the marketing team which hadn't got the deal right but yet 2 hours later we were served the meal which should never have taken that long!!
I would like serious action to be taken because that experience was utterly appalling and proper customer service training must be given to the staff that also of a managerial positon!
