Very poor customer service

I went through your Elles Rd drive through invercargill, I could not hear anything that was said through the order speaker, when I got to the window, the girl ( Petra) who served us, was incredibly rude, I could hardly hear her as she spoke softly, I told her I couldn't hear through the intercom and asked if the 4 meals I ordered could possibly be bagged seperately. She snapped that I should've turned off my engine and no way would the meals be seperately bagged as she sold " fast food" and I should've asked at the intercom, I will not be returning to this outlet, if that is how I am to be spoken to
