Well it has come to my attention that if you are a Muslim (follow ISLAM) and a supervisor than you can take a whole month off during the month of RAMADAN but if you follow any other RELIGION than you cant take time off as you will not be allowed...doe that sound FAIR to you?
Also I am not going to name names as yet I will wait and see what is done about it I do know that KFC MANUREWA has had more complaint about unfair treatment of staff and yet nothing seems to be done about it. If a staff member who is been treated unfairly at work or a derogatory remark made against them they cant complain because there is no one to complain to as the supervisors themselves are the culprits.
This is on going. I have heard in the new that a KFC STAFF in UK committed SUICIDE after being treated unfairly and bullied at work is this the NORM for KFC?
I would urge you to fix this problem before it gets worse in NEW ZEALAND
