Food was cold when delivered

I ordered a Indian takeaway to be delivered to my house on the 4th June 2017, having waited over an hour for it the delivery driver did not come to the door also some of the food was delivered cold, i found the person very rude and completely disinterested in doing a proper job this has happened quite a few times when I have order food from your restaurant. Please note this complaint is for the manager of the restaurant and il like something done about it as a customer.
