I am writing this letter to you to bring to your attention a problem I have had with a "10 rides travelling card - 2 stages" I purchased from one of your retailers. Allow me to elaborate.
In 2013, I purchased a "10 rides travelling card" from one of your retailers "Massey University" as I am a student. I have been travelling and with returning trip with 953 bus to school everyday and I am still taking the Birkenhead bus today. I left the country at the end of 2013 and have just returned back to New Zealand, I realised the "10 rides travelling card" has been discontinue issuing and no longer available. As I know, the travelling card was like the same as the stamp for customer as I purchased with cash every time before I travelled through North Shore. I have requested to transfer back the credit to my AT Hop card or get a refund and I will put it into my AT Hop card so I can continue using and travelling with Birkenhead transport.
I have been as a loyal Birkenhead transport customer for over 7 years since 2007 and I paid at least $2000 for the bus ticket all over these years. I am very disappointed at your customer service from the manager named Kelly and the receptionist.
This is not the first time I have purchased bus cards/tickets by your company, but this is the first time I have experienced a problem which was absolutely unsatisfied and unacceptable. I am hoping that you will take measures necessary to solve this with an appropriate manner and good customer service. I can provide you with the record, if needed.
